Take a moment to take a deep breath. Center yourself, ground yourself. Release all the tension you might not have realized you are carrying. I know life can be stressful and overwhelming but I want you to just take a moment and know that everything will be ok.
You can get through it. It might not be great right now but that doesn’t mean you won’t have a better day tomorrow. Take a moment to appreciate yourself and love yourself.
